this is a clinical research study based on a dermatology clinic . it needs complex abilities in using SPSS software to analyse data , find significance, and do interpretations with relevant variables and then do literature review relevant to the topic given. the raw data about patients with alopecia areata will be provided with an excl file . the aim of this clinical research study is to compare the efficacy of triamcinolon intralesional injection versus dermapen ( microneedling) use in the treatment of alopecia areata . the reserach need background, introduction , objective , methodology and materials , technique of treatment according to the data provided , results , discussion and literature review then conclusion . the study need to be published in a peer reviewed medical journal ..thanks
