DIRECTIONS:

Please follow these directions, and the attached rubric, to ensure that you successfully complete this assignment to the best of your abilities.

 

1. Pick a sport facility/specific sport area on Waldorf’s campus, you feel needs improving.
   1. Wrestling Room
   2. Baseball Field
   3. Track
2. It is your job to update the facility to meet current needs of not only the team(s) using the facility, and for those attending events.
3. Provide pictures/drawing that support your plan.
   1. Current and future.
4. Research and provide financial information for your plan.
5. Give measurements when appropriate to fully describe you plan.
6. Be as realistic as possible with your plan.
7. You must have the following section in your plan:
   1. Introduction
   2. Usage/Flexibility
   3. Financing/Budgeting
   4. Barriers
   5. Timeline
   6. Management/Maintenance
   7. Any other sections you feel will enhance your plan.
8. Feel free to talk with other coaches in the Athletics Department to get their input/ideas.

SUBMITTING ASSIGNMENT:

The assignment will be turned in, before the day and set time, in a Microsoft Word file via blackboard, in the assignment dropbox. Do not use Google Docs, or send in a PDF file.
