Identify ways to improve health and safety in early care and education

For the Health and Safety Video Observation Assignment, you will analyze a series of videos in relation to the Health and Safety Checklists found in our text Health, Safety and Nutrition for the Young Child, 9th edition. These checklists are comprehensive tools developed to assess key health and safety standards and identify ways to improve health and safety in early care and education (ECE) programs.

Please review the assignment requirements and sample before beginning the video observations. I have provided the assignment as a Google Document so that you will be able to type your analysis directly into the assignment document once you save it as a Word file. You will select “File”, “Download” and then “Word Document” to save on your computer. You also have the option to use Google translate.

When completed, please submit your Health and Safety Observation Paper below. Your written paper can be submitted as an attachment if it is saved in a format accepted by Canvas and Turnitin, (for example, .rtf, .pdf, or .doc file formats). I can’t open any .pages files or .text files. This is why you should download all Google Documents for this course as Word files.
