Your task on this paper is to identify a group of 4-5 individuals who will act as your mentors in the immediate future. This paper will require you to engage various individuals and to recruit them as part of your “board.” You will be graded on the quality of the individuals you gather and the proper fit with your career goals. The paper will consist of two-pages, double-spaced. It will briefly discuss each board member’s background and why they are a good fit for your career goals. You are highly encouraged to choose individuals who are outside your immediate network (i.e. family and friends of your family). The idea behind this assignment is for you to connect with new, accomplished professionals – to kick your networking skills into gear.
