Interview question; problem solving

Details: During job interviews, potential employers often ask candidates to describe a time where they have demonstrated their initiative and/or results driven skills. This week, you’ll have a chance to practice.

In paragraph 1, describe a time at work, home, or school where there was a problem and you took the initiative to solve that problem and to seek results on your own.

In paragraph 2, explain how the process went and describe the solution that you developed.

Remember to answer each part of the question in 2 paragraphs. Each paragraph should be 5-7 sentences with limited grammatical errors (total 10-14 sentences). Also, respond to at least 1 of your peers (at least 1-2 sentences).
