Legal or affirmative action case

From one of the readings or other sources, select one legal case on affirmative action in the workplace or comparable worth and write a two-page paper.
– Page 1 should include approximately one paragraph for each of the following: description of the litigants (employer and employees); summary of plaintiff’s argument; summary of defendant’s argument; and court ruling and why.
– Page 2 should describe your reflections on the case and the ruling. Was it appropriate? Just? What other factors might have been considered? What else?
