If you are not currently with a corporation or government entity, use a not-for-profit organization, religious organization, or another organization with which you are familiar. Then, write a paper that offers a self-evaluation in the area of capacity planning. Based on your research and review of the course materials, determine and explain the following for your organization:

Current organizational capacity

Future capacity

Be sure to provide concrete examples to rationalize your position.

Support your paper with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
