Media Log Over the Radio News

In Microsoft word, you will keep a media log. You must write in it FIVE TIMES TOTAL, detailing a particular news story. For example, if you read a newspaper, magazine, heard news the radio, read on the internet or watched news on TV, pick a different news story, one in each medium mentioned, discuss the facts you understood from the news story, the type of mass communication news you were exposed to (TV, RADIO, NEWSPAPER, or MAGAZINE), identify the source (CNN, The New York Times, or Time Magazine), the date of the information, and what you learned from the facts and add your comments in the end. You must view news in all formats – newspaper, magazine, radio, TV, and internet news. You will turn in your log ONCE toward the end of the semester for grading.
