Individual and development assessment

The purpose of this project is to allow you to demonstrate a working knowledge of the subject matter through the preparation of a scholarly work, applying the principles and concepts covered in the course to a particular application. This application will be the examination and discussion of a concept or methodology dealing with the course subject matter. Reasonable latitude will be granted, so long as you demonstrate the relevance of the topic to the course. Both sides of the issue must be addresses and a conclusion reached based upon the result of your research and discussion of the subject matter. <u>Your paper should not exceed ten (10) pages (excluding end notes, charts (if any) and works cited)</u>. The APA format and the template included with this proposal will be followed in the preparation of the paper.
