The Americans with <a href=”https://www.homeworkgain.com/downloads/what-are-the-steps-for-establishing-accommodations-for-students-with-mental-and-physical-disabilities-in-college/”>Disabilities</a> Act of 1990 provides that disabled employees must be able to perform the necessary functions of a job with “reasonable accommodations.” Create a scenario where a<a href=”https://www.homeworkgain.com/downloads/multiculturalism-and-disabled-veterans/”> disabled</a> employee has requested an accommodation that is reasonable; conversely, create a scenario where a disabled employee has requested an accommodation that is not reasonable. Defend your decision in each case. Your paper should be about one page.
