The following is the case study, which I have also attached along with the rubric and general reference material on ethics. Sixty-three year old Mr. M. received his first transplant 3 years ago and since then has enjoyed his retirement, traveling with his wife and visiting his grandchildren. He recently developed fatigue and it was discovered that his coronary arteries had significantly narrowed.Mr. B is a 32 year old man with cardiomyopathy who became symptomatic 2 months ago. He also complains of fatigue. He is married with a wife and child. Both patients have been on the waiting list for a new heart for 4 months. Both are the same weight and blood type. When a heart becomes available, who should get it?
