OneThe first assignment (2,000 words) will be focused upon investigating a topical HR issue impacting organisations today. You will take into consideration the external environment, the hyper-competitive state of organisations and the role of organisational stakeholders in creating a complex work environment that helps or hinders higher levels of employee performance and engagement. Where possible you will be directed to specific organisations on which your investigation will be based.
TwoThe second assignment (2,500 words) will be based on a case study exploring several aspects of HRM. This requires you to become more critical in your understanding of HRM becoming ‘thinking performers’ as you attempt to find solutions to the issues presented in the case study whilst ensuring an efficient, effective, ethical and professional HRM function.
